Harmony Hills is dedicated to helping individuals recover from substance addiction and live a full life in sobriety.
We offer compassionate, ethical care that supports people who need sound addiction treatment.
With years of experience in providing clinical and administrative services to the behavioral health community, we’re driven to apply the same proficiencies to our addiction treatment approach.
We offer the following services in programs that last as long as treatment is needed:
Our residential treatment program offers patients the time and space they need to recover from substance addiction full time. We believe that treatment is not one-size-fits-all, which is why your recovery program is created with you in mind and suited to meet your specific needs.
We offer comfort and privacy as you or your loved one focus on healing in a monitored, therapeutic setting. Medical professionals are on staff 24/7 to ensure any medications and care needed are administered safely.
Individuals who stay with us can participate in therapies that have helped countless people put their lives back together after addiction. These include effective therapies such as:
A psychotherapy designed to help people remove unhealthy ways of thinking and acting so that they can change negative behaviors.
A modified version of CBT that teaches people to fully accept themselves as they are, including troubling thoughts, and learn skills that promote positive behavioral changes.
A client-centered form of counseling that helps people increase their motivation to change destructive behaviors and discover the reasons they want to commit to beneficial change.
Individual and/or group therapies guide individuals in addressing the issues at the root of their addictions. Therapy sessions also teach skills and strategies that support full-time sobriety in the present as well as their life after treatment ends. Other therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), are also available.
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is comprehensive, moderately structured, and flexible to ensure that residents receive a higher level of care that they need. Individuals who have completed medical detoxification and demonstrate stability are eligible for admission into our program.
PHP is widely viewed as a bridge between residential care and outpatient programs. It is ideal for people who have co-occurring disorders (dual diagnosis) and individuals who are moving from a higher level of care to a lower one so that they can spend more time in a recovery-focused setting.
In many cases, people need an environment like this before they return to the outside world where they will be on their own full time. People who have completed residential care but need more flexibility than what a traditional residential treatment program can provide may find a good fit in PHP.
As with our other programs, our PHP program is tailored to a person’s needs, but it does not require an on-site stay or around-the-clock care.
This intensive level of care requires individuals to attend treatment for a specific number of hours during the week. Medical professionals typically weigh several factors unique to the individual before determining whether someone is eligible for a partial hospitalization program.
These include a person’s substance use history and mental health history.
Harmony Hills also offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that is ideal for individuals who don’t need 24/7supervision and/or medical treatment. Typically, a person who enrolls in this kind of outpatient treatment program can expect to receive roughly 20 hours of treatment per week.
These sessions can be a mix of one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and or a blend of other treatments that are chosen based on an assessment of the patient’s substance abuse disorder.
IOP also does not require an on-site stay so that individuals can live at home or a transitional facility, such as a sober living home.
